Placing an order with GeekyMart.com is simple and fast. There is no need for account creation, simply go ahead and shop to your delight. Your personalise account will be created automatically during you first purchase. Currently, we can only accept orders through our shopping cart for enhanced security and speedier processing.
Here are the simple steps to guide you through for your first order.
There are multiply ways to find the product you like. The easiest way will be to browse our excellent selection of products or if you know what you are looking for, simply search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on every page of our store. You can also browse products directly through our categories which are listed on the left of our site. When you find an item that interests you, click on the title or name of the item to see the product details. There you will find more information about the item, including stock availability and an estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to leave our distribution center.
If you want to order an item from GeekyMart.com, click the “Add to Cart” button on the item’s product detail page. Once you’ve added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the “Edit shopping cart” at the right of every page of our site.
Take a moment to review all of the items you’ve placed in your Shopping Cart. When you’re ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. You will be taken to the “Checkout Page”.
If you are a returning customer and have not yet logged in, you can enter your customer account e-mail address as well as your password. To register as a new customer, simply fill up the Contact Information and Billing Address. You will also be required to enter a password for your account.
If you wish for the order to be shipped to another address, please un-tick the “Same Shipping Address” and fill in the address for order to be shipped to.
Choose your preferred Payment Mode at the bottom of the form and click “Submit Order”
You can review and check your ordered items and the shipping option you have chosen. Changing your shipping option here will transfer the page back to your shopping cart.
When you are done, Click on the “Confirm Order” button. You will be directed to a PayPal payment page if you have chosen PayPal as your preferred payment method. Once you have confirmed your order, we will send you an Order Receipt e-mail message. Bank details will be included in the Order Receipt if you have chosen the Interbank Transfer Payment method.
