Your only requirement is to return the item in its original packaging including all the accessories to us.

• 30 Days Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee ONLY refunds the product price, all miscellaneous charges like postage, delivery or PayPal charges are not refundable.
• All return items must be in its original packaging including all the accessories.
• GeekyMart label have to be intact & untampered in order for the warranty to be valid.
• For return postage, customers are required to borne the postage fees & all the risks involved including lost or damaged mails.
• Certain items like Screen Protectors of all kinds and Sports Armband MUST NOT be used in order to be valid for refund or exchange.
• All return items will be send to our Technical Team for tests and inspections. Refund will be issue after the inspection is completed & no damage is found to the returned item.
• Refund will be made in the same form of your payment method.
• Some items listed in GeekyMart are subject to 15% restocking fee due to the characteristic of item. These items will be listed in each item details page.
• A restocking fee of $1.00 will be charged for all “Free Local Postage” items.
