Where is my Purchase?

At GeekyMart.com, all orders enter a prompt shipping process hence to ensure that you can get your items as soon as possible.

If you have not received any emails on your Order Status Update from us, please kindly check your spam folder, as important update emails may fall into that box.

Please kindly check out the Processing & Delivery Lead Time as your parcel may still be in shipping.

In cases that you have not received the parcel after more than 10 working days, please kindly send us a Parcel Not Received Ticket

Kindly note that Normal Standard Postage is NOT traceable.

Check Order Status

You can check the Status of your order anytime by simply Log In to View your Orders with your email and password. Once there, you are able to view the status of your order.

Order Status still showing Waiting For Payment

From time to time, some bank updates are slower and we need some time to process your payment. Once we have cleared your payment, an notification email will be send to you.

When incorrect payment is received, status will shows “Waiting for Payment”. An email will also follows with the invoice. So please kindly check your emails to prevent any delays for your shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you have received a Damaged or Defective Item, please kindly send us a Damaged or Defective Items Ticket to our Customer Care Team and we will gladly assist you in the process.

Wrong Items

If you have received a Wrong Item, please kindly send us a Wrong Items Ticket to our Customer Care Team and we will gladly assist you in the process.

Missing Items

If you’re missing an item from your package, check your email to verify if we have send you a notice of your order shipping in different parcels.

At times, we may split your order into multiple shipments (at no additional cost to you) if the items are currently out of stocks.

In any cases that your Order History shows that all items were shipped in the same parcel and you have a missing item in your parcel, please kindly send us a Missing Items Ticket to our Customer Care Team and we will assist you.
