However for products supplied by our partners, it will be subject to their processing and delivery policies. Do be patient with us as such orders will be subjected to a longer delivery schedule. Normal Standard Postage (Local)

This shipping option usually takes 1 to 3 working days for the parcel to reach your location. All Normal Standard Postage services are carried out by SingPost. There WILL NOT be any tracking facilities available for this service. Parcels will normally be delivered through your letterbox and in cases of parcels bigger than the mailbox, it may be delivered directly to your doorstep by Singpost.

Kindly do note that SingPost does not work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Registered Insured Postage (Local)

This shipping option usually takes 2 to 4 working days for the parcels to reach your location. Registered Insured Postage services will be carried out by SingPost, or in some instances, by other courier services. Online Tracking Service WILL be available for this service. Parcels will be delivered to the doorstep of the shipping address provided. Scheduled delivery time will not be available as SingPost or other courier services do not provide scheduled delivery.

Local Express Delivery (Local)

This shipping option usually delivers on the same day if orders are placed before 6.30pm daily. However, in some cases, orders will be delivered the next working day with prior arrangement and notice. Local Express Delivery service is available daily and delivery hours are after 7pm to accommodate to the requirements of most customers. All Local Express Delivery services will be carried out by our appointed delivery company. They will contact you for your preferred delivery time slot. Parcels will be delivered to the doorstep of the shipping address provided.

This shipping option is highly recommended if you require a secure and fast delivery option.

Registered Airmail Postage (International)

This shipping option usually takes 7 to 20 working days, depending on the destination, for the parcels to reach you. However, this is an estimated shipping lead time and may be subject to delays by unforeseen circumstances. Registered Airmail Postage services will be carried out by SingPost till it reaches the destination country. Online Tracking Service by SingPost WILL be available for this service till it leaves Singapore, you are required to check with your local post office for tracking service.

Registered Surface Postage (International)

This shipping option usually takes 6 to 18 weeks, depending on the location, for the parcels to reach you. However, under certain circumstances, delivery time will be longer. Registered Surface Postage services will be carried out by SingPost all the way to your local Post Office. Online Tracking Service by SingPost WILL be available for this service till it leave Singapore, you are required to check with your local post office for tracking service.

Worldwide EMS SpeedPost Shipping (International)

This shipping option usually takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on the location, for the parcels to reach you. However, under certain circumstances, delivery time will be longer. Worldwide EMS SpeedPost Shipping services will be carried out by SpeedPost all the way to your location. Online Tracking Service by SpeedPost WILL be available for this service all the way till your location. This shipping option is recommended for urgent parcels.

Worldwide Courier Shipping (International)

This shipping option usually takes 2 to 4 working days, depending on the location, for the parcels to reach you. However, under certain circumstances, delivery time will be longer. Worldwide Courier Shipping services are carried out by major courier companies, such as DHL, UPS or FedEx, all the way to your location. Online Tracking Service by each courier company WILL be available for this service all the way till your location. This shipping option is only recommended for very urgent parcels.
