Tracking your Parcel

If you have chosen a shipping option that has Tracking Services, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent to you via email once your orders have been shipped.

Some important notes on Parcel Tracking Service:

• Tracking services may not be immediately updated in SingPost system after receiving the confirmation email as it may take approximately 24 hours for the information to be updated.
• Normal Standard Postage does not have tracking facilities available.
