Self Collection and Delivery from 12th to 19th July!
Dear Customers, GeekyMart's Self Collection will not be available during 12th to 19th of July due to National Service Commitments.
Due to shortage of man power in Delivery Team, all delivery order might experience short delays in arrangement. Postage Team will still be available to serve you with orders via Postage, we highly recommend customer to use postage service in this period.
We will still be doing our best to serve you as usual, but do note that the following services may faces some irregularities.

Singpost Schedule Changes!
Dear Customers
We wishes to update you on some operational changes with Singpost work schedule.
As of 15th of May 2010, SingPost will change to 5 work day and there will be no mail collection and delivery during Saturday. There will however be no changes to GeekyMart working schedule, we will continue to serve you Monday to Sunday 7 Days a week posting your items within 24 hours of payment. As such, we expect the impact to be kept minimum to parcels postage which will continue to have 1~3 working days (which unfortunately do not includes Saturday anymore). GeekyMart will continue to delivery the exceptional value and reliability that you come to expect of us and we look forward to serving you soon.

As such, Self Collection and Delivery service will not be available during this period.
Postage service will still be available till the 8th of April.
Orders received after 8th of April will be processed on 14th April
Self Collection and Delivery service will resume on 15th of April
General Enquiries Team and Sales Support Team emails will still function at full capacity to serve you.

Quality Issues for new batch of Data Transfer and Charging Cable Design for iPhone / iPod Series!
The shipment for the long awaited Data Transfer and Charging Cable Design for iPhone have arrived recently.
However, we request for your patience with us, as we will not be selling them at this moment due to poor quality of this recent batch of the data cables. At GeekyMart, we take pride in the quality of the items we sell and the current batch of the data cables failed to pass our stringent quality standards.
After investigation and communication with our source factory, we have concluded that the quality standards of the current batch of cables are lower due to the overwhelming orders at our source factory. To protect the interests of our Dear Customers, we will be dropping this factory from our supplier list and will be sourcing for a New Quality Supplier. We wish to advise our Dear Customers to be extra careful when purchasing iPhone charging cables as poor quality cables that have been release into the market due to ramp up production methods employed by some suppliers during this festival seasons.
