It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from GeekyMart.com, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Singapore may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied by the destination country. Any additional duties and charges for customs clearance should be borne by the buyer.
Inspection & Information
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. However, we would like to inform our international customers that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as product descriptions, to our international carriers and these information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities for the facilitation of customs clearance and compliance with the local laws.
