At GeekyMart.com, all orders enter a prompt shipping process hence to ensure that you can get your items as soon as possible.
If you have not received any emails on your Order Status Update from us, please kindly check your spam folder, as important update emails may fall into your spam box.
Please kindly check out the Shipping / Delivery Lead Time as your parcel may still be in shipping.
In cases that you have not received the parcel 3 days after the lead time, please kindly contact us so our Customer Care Team can assist you.
Kindly note that Local Normal Standard Postage is NOT traceable.
You can check the Status of your order anytime by simply Log In to Order History with your email and password. You will be able to view the status of your order.
Order Status still showing Waiting For Payment
From time to time, some bank updates are slower and we will require some time to process your payment. Once we have cleared your payment, an notification email will be send to you.
When incorrect payment is received, status will still shows "Waiting for Payment". An email will also follows after all order, so please kindly check your emails to prevent any delays for your shipping.
If you have received a Damaged or Defective Item, please kindly submit a RMA Ticket via Order History and our Customer Care Team will gladly assist you in the process.
If you have received a Wrong Item, please kindly submit a RMA Ticket via Order History and our Customer Care Team will gladly assist you in the process.
If you’re missing an item from your package, check your Order History to verify if your order has been shipped in different parcels. At times, we may split your order into multiple shipments (at no additional cost to you) if the items are currently out of stocks.
In any cases that your Order History shows that all items were shipped in the same parcel and you have a missing item in your parcel, please kindly Contact Us and our Customer Care Team will assist you.
