Shipping Policies
- All parcels via postage will be processed by Singpost unless otherwise stated and shipping charges are all in Singapore Dollar SGD.
- All shipping rates given are not negotiable and payment is to be paid in full before any parcels is being shipped out.
- Please kindly note that in conjunction of festive seasons, shipment might be delayed due to non business day for SingPost. Local Express Delivery service will operate as usual even on festive seasons.
- GeekyMart will not be liable for any lost parcels if Local Normal Shipping (Local) is chosen as tracking facility is not applicable. Please kindly consider other shipping methods for insurance of your parcels for Local Singapore Address.
- As we expedite our shipping, we will not be able to cancel your order after it has been shipped. You are required to ship back the item back to us for cancellation, restocking fee of $2.00 or 10%, whichever higher will be applied.
- For International Order, all order will be tested and packed carefully before sending out.
- GeekyMart are unable to ship to restricted areas (Free Trade Zone, Jurong Island, Military Camp or Prison).
- Due to customs regulations & restrictions of certain countries, some items are forbidden to be shipped. Please kindly check with your own local customs. When ordering from GeekyMart.com, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
- Due to air shipping restrictions, items with batteries are forbidden to be shipped. GeekyMart will always shipped with batteries for items that includes batteries. However, we do not take responsibility if order is detained by customs. Please kindly inform us if you DO NOT wish for batteries to be shipped.
- In addition, large or bulky items are unable to be shipped to a P.O. box hence a street address must be provided.
