Warranty & Return Policies
All GeekyMart products are covered with a warranty period of 60 days. If you have received a defective product, kindly submit a RMA Ticket via Order History and our Customer Care Team will gladly assist you.
Please kindly read these return policies because they contain important informations.
- 60 days product warranty ONLY covers manufacture defect, warranty DO NOT cover damages due to wear and tear or mishandling of the product.
- 60 days product warranty DO NOT covers shipping damage shipped using Normal Standard Postage.
- All return items must be in its original packaging including all the accessories.
- All returns will be via the same Shipping Method that are used to ship.
- All shipping fee will be charged to customer if the purchase came with free shipping. Example, item with free delivery, will be charge a $7.00 from the refund.
- Customer can choose to drop it off at our self collection point runs by delivery team. Collection days are usually on Tuesday and Thursday1, from 2030 to 2100. Location is at 304 Anchorvale Link (540304) where our Delivery Staff will usually be stationed2. please kindly inform us if you wish to choose this option.
- GeekyMart label have to be intact & untampered in order for the warranty to be valid.
- Customers are required to bear the postage fees returning the items.
- All return products will be send to our Technical Team for tests and inspections. Exchange will be done after if result shows that item is faulty.
- For item with tampered GeekyMart warranty labels, an extra shipping fee will be chargeable for item if customer request for item to be shipped back.
- In cases of the item is not available for exchange, we will refund the full cost in GeekyMart store credits.
- Products that are listed by GeekyMart’s Partners are subjected to their own warranty. All warranty of these products will be listed in their own respective details page.
1. Collection Day are usually on Tuesday and Thursday but mainly depends on the delivery team schedule. If you urgently require your return, please kindly consider other methods.
2. Location may change depend on delivery team schedule. Personal on duty will message to confirm location before collection time.
